RACQ MotorFest – Queensland’s Ultimate Celebration of Motoring!
One for the car enthusiasts today! We recently visited RACQ MotorFest and thought we’d share some of our favourite vehicles from the day. From beautifully restored classics to modern performance cars, there was something to catch the eye of every motoring fan.
Did you know that RACQ MotorFest has grown into RACQ’s largest community event, attracting thousands of car enthusiasts, families and history lovers each year? What started as a gathering of classic vehicle owners has evolved into a major celebration of Queensland’s motoring heritage, showcasing everything from veteran vehicles and historic classics through to modern electric cars and emerging automotive technology.
More than just a car show, MotorFest highlights the important role that transport has played in shaping life across Queensland. With club displays, family-friendly activities and interactive exhibits, it’s become a popular annual event for all ages, while also helping support RACQ community initiatives.
Throwback time! What was the make and model (if you remember) of your very first car?
