# Coffee with a view — Brisbane style!

We headed up to the Brisbane Skydeck today for a caffeine fix with a seriously unbeatable backdrop. There’s something special about sipping a coffee while the whole city stretches out beneath you - the river winding through the skyline, the mountains in the distance, and Brisbane buzzing away far below. It’s one of those spots that makes you fall in love with the city all over again.

Here are 5 fun facts we learned while we were up there:

It’s currently the tallest building in Brisbane, giving you the highest public vantage point in the city.

The Skydeck sits over 250 metres above ground, offering 360‑degree views across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and even out to the Scenic Rim on a clear day.

The building’s design was inspired by Queensland’s subtropical lifestyle, with curved lines and open‑air elements.

The Skydeck café is one of the highest places in Australia where you can grab a coffee - talk about elevating your morning brew.

At night, the Skydeck transforms into a glowing beacon, becoming one of the most recognisable features of the Brisbane skyline.

If you haven’t been yet, add it to your weekend list - the view alone is worth the trip, and the coffee doesn’t hurt either.
